Review Archos 50E Neon

Hi! So today i thought to make a review of the smartphone Archos 50E neon, i bought it about 2 months ago, and i think now it's a good time to share with you what is my opinion.

WHAT IS THE ARCHOS 50E Neon?

The Archos 50E Neon is a 5-inch Android smartphone that features dual-SIM functionality. The Archos 50E Neon is available for just 70euros (in Portugal). It runs a version of Android 6.0 Marshmallow, has a 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM and an 8-megapixel primary camera, and 2-megapixel secondary camera.

SCREEN QUALITY

It features 854 x 480 pixel resolution whitch results in a disappointingly low 196 PPI image quality.

The screen doesn't present a good image and the colors are not sharp. It is quite disappointing because even my previous smartphone had a much better screen quality than this one.

ARCHOS 50E Neon PERFORMANCE

For the most part things run smoothly and efficiently with a 1.3GHz quad-core CPU running the show alongside 1GB of RAM.
Featuring 8GB of internal storage, i think it's quite good for me.

Audio quality it's relatively strong, i'm satisfied with that.

ARCHOS 50E Neon CAMERA

I dont't know about you, but i'm a fan of photography, and i simply hate the camera on this smartphone, even the 8MP on primary camera doesn't look like 8MP. I wish had a better camera, so i can use it! The phone’s forward-facing camera has even worse colour management.

ARCHOS 50E NEON BATTERY LIFE

The new software 6.0 Marshmallow helps when it comes to battery life, because now it helps to save battery. Battery consumption by applications rarely used are over: Standby Mode of the applications limit their impact on the battery life for the charge lasts longer.

With the  2200mAh Li-lon and basic use, my battery last almost 2 days. And i constantly have the wireless on, use apps like facebook, instagram, snapchat, etc. 

I haven't tried the game part, but i think will last at least 1 day.

Should i buy ARCHOS 50E NEON?

Since I am not satisfied with some of the features it offers, I wouldn't buy the phone again. If you are not picky, and looking for something simple and cheap, the Archos 50E neon it is a fairly good mobile phone. Although you cant forget the low screen quality and the low camera quality.
